Kelpies
Kelpies are also shape-changers like Puca's, but they shift into horses. They are demonic water-spirits. In their human form, they appear very beautiful and they use their beauty to lure humans into the water to feast on their flesh and drink their blood.

They were created by Balor, God of Destruction, after he was defeated by his grandson, Lugh, the King of Tuatha De Danann, and was imprisoned under water with his army of Fomories. Balor created the Kelpies to find a way to unseal his prison. Initially, they couldn't go far from the water as their strength would deplete. But one day, a starving Kelpie, tricked a human and drowned him into the sea. He ate his heart and drank his blood and restored his power.
Kelpies can be killed by either beheading them or by stabbing a silver knife or the Naofa blade in their heart.

Once the Kelpie has devoured human, the human soul turns evil as it has no place in heaven or hell and they turn in to demons, called Sluaghs.
